Atma Yoga classes offer three distinct styles of yoga linked together with underlying technologies that are exclusive to Atma Yoga.

Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Mantra, are the foundation of all Hatha Yoga, including Atma Yoga. A rarefied energy-considered to be the most powerful and transformative force on the planet-called Visnu Tattva Tantra (also known as Bhakti-Sakti) increases the influence of Atma Yoga exponentially. The evidence of this is apparent after just a few weeks of classes. According to your disposition and goals you may choose from one of three styles or even better, try them all...

Three styles - Three moods:

Power Yoga   - a sequence of asanas designed to strengthen the back, increase flexibility, regain internal balance, and energize you completely.

"Any of these yogas can transform you if you get the breathing right. Don't worry about perfecting the pose, concentrate on the breathing."

Slo-Deep-Stretch - "Yin" yoga is comprised of long deep stretches. It opens the hips, grounds and centers you, releases undue stress, and massages your nervous system as a whole. Atma Yoga increases the benefits of this style with the use of exclusive pranic technologies and sound vibrations.

Kundalini/Sakti -
The science of prana or energy is at the heart of this yoga. These classes mechanically rebuild the energy field of your body; rewiring you for increased strength, confidence, and serenity.
