Atma Yoga Teacher Training is the most comprehensive and authoritative teacher training available. In taking this training, you will discover truths about yourself that you may have only secretly believed to be true-you are more spiritual than you think. The evidence of your divine nature will emerge in an exhilarating manner. As leaders and healers you will gain powerful technologies for transforming yourself and those around you. This course is an exciting adventure in the journey of self-discovery, even if you do not plan to be a Yoga teacher. For those who go on to teach, Atma Yoga will give you the most comprehensive base available in Hatha, Raja, and Kundalini/Shakti Yoga. Whether your interest is in flow, slow-deep-stretch, or Kundalini style yoga, Atma Yoga will be an ideal growing and learning experience.
